At Lifecare Diagnostics, we value your privacy and give you full control over your personal information.

Account Deletion

Currently, our mobile application does not support in-app account deletion. If you wish to delete your account and discontinue using our services, you can do so by visiting your nearest Lifecare Diagnostics Center.

How to Request Account Deletion

• Visit any Lifecare Diagnostics center.
• Inform our staff about your request to delete your account.
• Our team will process your request and permanently delete your account and related personal data from our systems.

Data Handling After Deletion

• Once your request is processed, your account and personal details will be permanently deleted.
• Diagnostic reports that are legally required to be stored for compliance purposes may be retained as per applicable medical regulations, but will no longer be linked to your active account.
• After deletion, you will no longer be able to access the app or any associated services.
