Shipping Policy

LifeCare Scan and Research Centre

At LifeCare Scan and Research Centre, we do not ship any physical products. However, we offer delivery of diagnostic reports through the following modes based on patient preference and service availability.

1. Report Delivery Options

We provide test results through:

A. Digital Delivery (Preferred)

  • Email: Reports are sent to your registered email address in PDF format.

  • Online Portal: If available, patients can securely log in to download their reports.

  • WhatsApp/SMS: Summary alerts or download links may be sent (only with patient consent).

B. Physical Pickup

  • Reports can be collected directly from our diagnostic center during business hours.

  • Please carry a valid ID or receipt when collecting your report.

C. Home Delivery (Where Applicable)

  • Available only on request and in specific locations.

  • May be subject to service charges and identity verification.

  • Delivery may take 1–2 working days depending on availability and distance.

2. Home Sample Collection Kits (If Applicable)

  • If LifeCare offers home collection kits, they are delivered by authorized personnel only.

  • All deliveries are handled with medical-grade care and hygiene.

3. Delivery Timelines

  • Report delivery timelines vary by test type.

  • Most reports are available within 24–72 hours unless otherwise specified.

  • In rare cases (e.g., complex tests or technical issues), there may be delays. You will be informed accordingly.

4. No Courier or Third-Party Shipping

  • LifeCare does not currently use any courier or postal services for product shipping.

  • We are a healthcare service provider and do not sell or dispatch physical products via mail.

5. Responsibility and Liability

  • Once a report is delivered physically or digitally, LifeCare is not liable for its misuse, loss, or unauthorized sharing.

  • Patients are advised to store and share reports securely and only with trusted medical professionals.
