  • Specialised diagnostic services and consultations

2. Booking and Appointments

  • Appointments can be booked through our official website, phone, or in-person.

  • Walk-ins are accepted based on availability.

  • Appointment timings may be subject to change due to emergencies or equipment maintenance.

3. Payments and Billing

  • All services must be paid for in full before sample collection or at the time of test booking.

  • We accept payments via cash, UPI, debit/credit cards, and other available digital modes.

  • No refunds shall be provided once the test is conducted or service is availed, except in cases of technical error or duplicate payment.

4. Home Collection Services

  • Home collection is available for select tests and based on location availability.

  • Charges may vary depending on distance or time.

  • Customers must ensure availability during the scheduled slot.

5. Report Delivery

  • Reports are generally available within the promised turnaround time.

  • Reports can be collected physically, sent via email, or accessed through our online portal (where available).

  • LifeCare is not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances or third-party issues.

6. Data Privacy

  • We strictly adhere to data protection laws and maintain confidentiality of all medical records and personal information.

  • Test results will only be shared with the patient or authorized representative.

  • By using our services, you consent to our collection and processing of your personal health information for diagnostic and operational purposes.

7. Medical Disclaimer

  • LifeCare is a diagnostic service provider and does not offer medical treatment or prescriptions.

  • Reports should always be interpreted by a qualified medical practitioner.

  • LifeCare is not responsible for self-interpretation or misuse of the report.

8. Liability

  • While we strive for 100% accuracy, diagnostic testing is subject to medical and technical limitations.

  • LifeCare will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising out of test results, delay, or use of our services.

9. Code of Conduct

  • Patients and their representatives are expected to treat staff with respect and decency.

  • Abusive or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in denial of service.

10. Modification of Terms

  • LifeCare reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be updated on our website and effective from the date of posting.

  • Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
